In addition to the standard certificates and visa photos, you'll often need to provide proof of regular income and sufficient funds for living expenses (the amount varies by country).
A freelance visa is issued only to foreigners who do not reside or work in the country (for European countries, this applies to the entire EU zone).
As for your close relatives' relocation, the visa you received will serve as their basis. However, proof of your financial ability to support them will be required.
